Graduating

It wasn’t momentous at all, it just sort of passed me by. I imagined it would be like climbing a mountain where reaching the peak would be an accomplishment worth basking in as you look down at the lengthy journey that you took to get there. Not so much. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy, but my happiness is more akin to someone who just got freed from prison.
