Hangovers

I don’t really get hangovers that often, but when I do get them, I find the best thing for me to do is not to sleep in all day and drink water. Sleep and rest is always good for you, but it’s very gradual, and it’s a waste of a day. Just last Sunday I had a hangover, and to be honest, I would have probably stayed in bed had it not been for the fact that I had to get to work by 11am. Getting up in the morning, however, is probably the best thing to do for a hangover. Why? Because of the Sausage and Egg McMuffin at McDonalds. It does wonders for my hangover, and has become so reliable, that I’ve incorporated it into my little hangover routine:

1) Drink a glass or two of water when you wake up.
2) Sausage and Egg McMuffin meal (get it with juice).
3) Gatorade.
4) Chicken nuggets for lunch.

Done and done! I was feeling much better by lunch time and I didn’t have to stay in bed all day either. Win, win!

Your “cure” sounds like a heart attack

I had 20 nuggets that day.

    And trust! You’ll feel better.

my cure consists of ice cold coke, lots of it… emphasis on ICE cold.

Whenever I have a hangover I crave coke, I never do otherwise.
